Provision and delivery of the Order

1. Product availability

Product offers on our online shop are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limit of available stocks.

If some or all of the products ordered are unavailable, and/or if there is an incident relating to the order placed by the customer, La Dem Délice will contact the customer by telephone or by e-mail.

On the website, a dedicated order tracking area allows you to follow the progress of your order at any time.

2. Method of delivery of products


La Dem Délice offers its customers the following delivery and pick-up terms and conditions under the conditions below:

- Delivery to the customer via shipper
- Pick up at La Dem shop

3. Terms of delivery

Delivery is made by a shipper. The place of delivery must therefore be accessible by road.

La Dem Délice does not accept deliveries that require special equipment (boats, lifts, etc.) or abnormal handling to unload the goods.

If events beyond the control of La Dem Délice, such as force majeure, strikes, administrative decisions, natural events (landslides, storms...) or any other circumstances, have prevented or delayed the performance of its services. No compensation will be granted to the Client in any of these situations.

4. Absence of the Client upon delivery

If the Customer does not collect his order within 1 week after the carrier's attempted delivery, this will have the effect of cancelling the sale. The sums paid by the Client will then be retained by La Dem Délice as compensation. It must be specified that it is not possible to make partial deliveries.

5. Delivery Fee


Delivery fee is based on 5000đ/km.

6. Payment policy:

- Cash on delivery (COD) : pay directly to shipper when you receive product

- Pay by Bank Transfer : Our team will contact to you and inform the final amount to do payment according to the real weight. Don't transfer before our team contact to you.

Please note that any claim should be notified to our customer service within 24 hours after delivery.

Only regular prices products may be refunded if not open, unfortunately discounted products cannot be refunded.
