Our large Pizza Pepperoni is topped with a tomato sauce (tomatoes from Italy), French mozzarella and cheddar cheese then:
- slices of Pepperoni (it's important to know that the Pepperoni is an American variety of salami, made from cured pork&beef mixed together and seasoned with paprika or other chili pepper).
Pepperoni is not a spicy sausage, kids love it!
