At La Dem Bistro, the chef likes to impress his guests offering savory and delicacy food. He chose to present a typically French dish called "Tournedos Rossini"*. It's a 200g filet mignon (beef tournedos) pan-fried in French butter and topped with a hot slice of fresh foie gras (France) briefly pan-fried at the last minute.
